jeez im so bad at updating this

ok...so about 2-3 weeks ago we had celtic cup and we won!

saturday- first game we won 3-0...i scored the first goal! heck yes! next game we won 4-0...sadly i didn't score...

sunday- third game...we won 3-0 i scored the last goal i think...fourth game we won 3-1 or 4-1 i believe...and that was the semifinal. 5th game...or finals...we won 1-0 and it was incredible...so awesome...i didnt score though...it was an own goal but it was going in without the kick of the defender.

then 1-2 weeks ago was our home tourneament...the nike invitational.

saturday- 1st game...we lost 3-2...we were down 2-0 first half and came back and tied and then they scored...so sad. 2nd game...we lost 1-0 to slammers but they were really good. my knee got screwed up this game.

sunday- tied 1-1 against apex...our rivals...somewhat. dana scored off this awesome flick by ellie...truely brilliant goal.

i have state cup in like a week in bakersfield...so nothing until then.

ok..no update since monday...hmm.

let's see...i did workout on tueday. it was a good workout. i did 30 minutes on the eliptical. then i did weightlifting...nothing too intense.

then had soccer on wednesday. so awesome...but now i have holes in my socks. lol.

then today i did just 15 min on the eliptical. way too tired to do all that fancy and hard stuff.

so i did 15 min on the eliptical

which was like 2.0 miles

about...something like that

so i've done a lot of working out

just haven't written it down

so on friday

i did the eliptical

2.0 miles

again

then on saturday

played an hour of tennis

then went and ran 2.4 miles

so i have run a total of 6.5 miles so far

and i can still earn money

cuz a week for working out ends on wednesdays

so i can still run on mon., tues. and wednesday if i get home early enough

get new cleats tomorrow!

no running today

and thats sad

cuz i actually WANTED to run

lol

but i did the eliptical for 15 min

did 2.1 miles on it

so thats good

gonna run tomorrow for sure though

or lift weight
